獲利想要出金時，被拒絕，客服告知需要補足15%稅收，可時限只有3日而已，雖然有申請延期一次，也已經有很盡力補滿一半稅收，但還是無法補足，可否申請調降呢？雖然提幣紀錄是通過，但是沒收到退還和出金款項！很不懂為什麼稅收還外額外再補入金，就是不能從資金內扣除金額就好呢？！
