Then, they say that my account has violations and the principle will be returned in 5-8 weeks. I ask customer service many times during this period by sending emails, but there is no reply. There are many people like me. I serious suspect that this platform want to take our principle on the ground of meger. I apply for withdrawal on Sept. 20 and cannot log in on Sept 22

原Tri平台与NCE合并后。账户无法登陆。根据客服提示重置了密码也是无法登陆。然后说我账户违规。5到8周会退回本金。现在已经过了两个月了。期间咨询了很多次客服，都是要发邮件到平台，一直没有得到回复。这样的情况不止我一个。严重怀疑打这合并的旗帜，趁机把我们本金吃掉。9月20日申请的出金。9月22日就无法登陆了。
