Can't withdraw money from broker

There have been deposits and withdrawals for a while. But this time, I have ordered a withdrawal via brocker and emailed me a confirmation document, which we sent. From 28/Sep/22 until now 03/Oct/22, the broker still has not approved our withdrawal. He claims we use IP with 3rd parties, but the truth is our phones can hardly connect to Wifi because most of them use internet SIM cards because they are afraid of scammers. we also have installed various banking apps.

ถอนเงินจากโบรคไม่ได้

ซึ่งก่อนหน้านี้ก็ฝากและถอนเงินมาสักพักแล้ว แต่ครั้งนี้สั่งถอนเงินไปแล้วทางโบรคก็เมล์มาเพื่อให้ส่งเอกสารยืนยันซึ่งทางเราก็ส่งไป ตั้งแต่วันที่ 28/09/65 จนถึงตอนนี้ 03/10/65ทางโบรคก็ยังไม่อนุมัติก่อนถอนเงินเลยคะ ซึ่งเขาอ้างว่าเราใช้ IP กับบุคคลที่สาม ซึ่งโทรศัพท์ของเราแทบจะไม่ได้ต่อ Wifi เลยเพราะส่วนมากจะใช้ internet sim เพราะกลัวเรื่องมิจฉาชีพต่างๆเพราะในเครื่องเราก็ติดตั้งแอฟ Banking ธนาคารต่างๆไว้ด้วย
