I invested $3,100 USDT on March 6, 2022 in IP Capital to be traded by the MT4 Broker, which was generating a very good profit. After March 29, due to alleged fraud, the company froze all withdrawals, not allowing me to make any. Later the Broker stopped operating and this is the moment in which I continue without being able to withdraw my money. Later, the company arbitrarily changed the currency in which I invested, which was USDT, for another called IUSD, and it is in this currency that it shows the balance that I currently have in my account. I make this complaint in order for you to take action on the matter and order the reimbursement of my money from the appropriate person. Attached I send the proof of Deposit to the company IP Capital and the proof of the current balance of my account in that company. DEJARON DE OPERAR EL BROKER, CAMBIARON LA MONEDA EN LA QUE INVERTÍ ARBITRARIAMENTE

Invertí $3100 USDT el pasado 6 de marzo de 2022 en IP Capital para ser operados por el Broker MT4, el cual estaba generando muy buena utilidad. Después del 29 de marzo debido a un supuesto fraude que sufrió, la compañía congeló todos los retiros, no permitiendo en mi caso que realizara alguno. Posteriormente dejó de operar el Broker y este es el momento en que continúo sin poder retirar mi dinero. Posteriormente la empresa, en forma arbitraria, cambió la moneda en la que invertí que fue en USDT, por otra denominada IUSD y en esta moneda es que muestra el saldo que tengo actualmente en mi cuenta. Realizo esta queja con el fin de que ustedes tomen cartas en el asunto y ordenen a quien corresponda, el reembolso de mi dinero.Anexo envío el comprobante de Depósito a la empresa IP Capital y el comprobante de saldo actual de mi cuenta en esa compañía.
