The withdrawal that applied at MultiBank has not received till now

Account 33506165, I applied for withdrawal many times within a month, but MultiBank has not processed it. I have contacted the customer service department many times, and each email reply is similar in content: arrange the relevant department to deal with it as soon as possible. But so far, MultiBank has not processed any withdrawal application.
