之前因銀行帳號打錯導至平台帳號被鎖，客服說我操作不當導至帳號被凍結要3000美解除，解除後提領，後來問客服申請會員是否有費用客服說申請不用費用，後來幫我查詢還有2個名額問我要不要參加，答應參加之後才說要繳5000美，才可以提領我平台的錢沒繳5000美會員只能操做不能提領
