2021年9月22にGBP/NZD 1.94949と1.94275の所に1ロットずつロングしました。テイクプロフィットはどっちも1.95036にして9月23日朝5:58にテイクプロフィットされそれぞれ664円と5841円のプラスになったにも関わらず1週間後にoandaジャパンから5:58の配信っレートは実勢と乖離したレートだよ、お客様の口座におきまして上記調整を実施させていただきましたって連絡来て、後ほど確認したら6161円×2回でoandaに引かれてしまった。結局6161×2-664-5841=5817のマイナスになってしまった。おそらく5:58時の正しいレートは1.9446付近かもしれない。そもそもポジションはマイナスの状態なら5:58に決済するつもりは無かったし別にしなくても同じ日の11時にテイクプロフィットされたはず。oanda側の配信障害にも関わらずお客さんに損害を被らせる行為は非常に悪質だと思っています。しかも1週間立ってから強引に歴史を塗り替えようとした。FXの投資歴20年渡り現在も複数の口座を持ちながらこんな事一度も無かった。
