Ngày 04/05, tôi có mua 450 cổ phiếu Allianz. Trước khi mua tôi có hỏi và được xác nhận sàn sẽ thanh toán cho các cổ phiếu mua trước ngày chia cổ tức 2 ngày. Ngày chia cổ tức 06/05, ngày 10/05 là ngày thanh toán. Đến ngày 12/05, sàn gửi thông tin là sàn thay đổi cách thanh toán cổ tức, chỉ thanh toán cho cổ phiếu mua trước 3 ngày. Sau đó lấy lý do này để không thanh toán cổ tức cho nhà đầu tư
