Hiện tại, tôi đang có tài khoản đầu tư tại sàn GICC-FX với mã số MT5: 13222425. Tôi được nhân viên thị trường là Ms. Huyền và nhân viên kỹ thuật Mr. Sơn hỗ trợ.
Tuy nhiên, với lý do cá nhân nên tôi cần rút tiền trong tài khoản đầu tư để xử lý công việc. Tuy nhiên, việc rút tiền gặp khó khăn và 2 bạn nhân viên hỗ trợ giải thích không thoả đáng. Lời nói không khớp nhau. Ví dụ: bạn kỹ thuật bảo tôi đánh đủ khối lượng 1.5lot sẽ được rút tiền. Khi tôi đánh đủ thì vẫn không rút được, trong khi bạn nhân viên thị trường nói có thể rút bất cứ lúc nào và không hề nói là phải đánh đủ khối lượng. Tôi đã yêu cầu chứng minh điều đó, nhưng đến hiện tại vẫn không có phản hồi thoả đáng.
