凯捷拖延出金导致客户损失

1月7号9点申请出金，正常审核到1月8号审核完成，账户应该给出完，3－5个工作日完成到账，在此期间账户5600元－6000美元(下面有图)，保证金也够，到了下午2点多资金也是充足的，为啥不给我出金，下午4点多爆仓了，钱全没了，给我发了一个错误的出金邮件还不是我的账号说资金不足，然后又给我发了一个正确的，有啥用。都爆仓没钱了给我出不来了，说资金不够，是不是由于你们拖延出金，导致客户多损失2000美元。
