我在ACY稀万证券做原油交易，3月9早上申请出金，平台对我的出金已认可（有回邮件），可现在迟迟未见资金到帐 。再次登录后台时，发现我的帐号已经无法登录上去 ，之后联系客户经理，他说平台已把我的帐号给封了，并且不让出金 ， 理由是我违反了他们平台的交易规则 。在我再三追问下 说我违反了澳洲的交易法（有邮件为证）我只是在他们平台做笔单了 怎么就违反了澳洲的法律呢！！！况且我在他们平台做了几个月 之前从未听说过有什么问题或法律 （截图为证）在我再三和ACY稀万证卷交涉后，他们让我（请看截图）让邮寄到澳洲 还不能电邮 我是湖北的 湖北的是疫情的重灾区 所有的部门都不开门 我能去那里搞他们要的资料呀！做交易之前我与他们的平台客服聊过 ，询问平台有没有什么交易限制 ，客服经理明确地回答我没有任何限制 。所以我有理由相信这是一个黑平台 。客户的资金安全得不到保障 ， 封客户的账号 ， 是为了不让客户出金
