客服严重失职 基本的常识说错害我仓位下很重亏很多
下单前问过客服（是捷凯公司分配给我的专门服务人员，有加微信，其中文名李靖， 英文名peter ）一手白银是多少盎司，他跟我说1000盎司，本来只想下单两个0.1手的我 被他害得下了两个0.5手，结果后面平仓割肉亏了3500美金 。 扛单期间还找他又问一次白银一手是多少他还是说的一手1000盎司。在我清仓割肉后，有一次无意间跟他交流才得知白银一手是5000盎司。本来如果我仓位轻，亏损少我完全可以扛得住一直到后面可以盈利，但是就由于这个客服的及其不专业，这个公司的不负责任不把员工培养好就上岗，害得我亏这么多钱。相关证据我都有聊天记录，然而跟这家公司反馈根本不理我根本不给我赔偿。
