CXM Review: Swift Platform, Inconsistent Customer Support
Tried out CXM recently, and it's a mixed bag. The platform is smooth, and transactions are pretty quick. Customer support, though, can be hit or miss. Sometimes they're on it, other times it feels like you're talking to a robot. Overall, decent, but could use a bit more consistency.
