According to the regulatory information, the company address of Tradeland is Level 29, 31 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The investigation staff drove to the street indicated by the regulatory information. Since the house number on this street was conspicuous, the investigation staff found the office building indicated by the regulatory information relatively smoothly.

Then the investigation staff entered the building. The first thing the staff saw was a floor guide that listed many companies. After a close observation, the investigation staff confirmed that it was not Tradeland, but Vantage FX, on the 29th floor. In order to ensure the quality of the survey, the personnel took the elevator to the 29th floor. After walking around, the personnel found that only Vantage FX and Yitu Media worked on the floor.

Survey Conclusion

It is ascertained by the investigation staff that the address of Tradeland is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information. The broker’s alleged ASIC MM licence(No.428901) was suspected to be a cloned licence.
