Inspection Reason

In rencent, some investors called to the inspection team for more disclosure of Japan licensed brokers whose real address were unauthentic. In response to their stong desire, the surveyor decided to visit TTS Markets and had an intuitive view of the broker.

Office

According to the regulation information, the Japanese licensed broker was located at 3-8-1, Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The surveyor visited the broker.

According to Google map, the surveyor found the office building indicated by the regulation information near an exit of a railway station.

The surveyor saw the words “Shinkin Central Bank” on directory hangning at one side of the building’s facade.

The surveyor went to the front door and found beside the door a signage on which existed the words “Shinkin Central Bank”. The surveyor entered the building and found a floor directory in the lobby but didn’t find any information about the broker. In order to ensure the accuracy of the inspection, the surveyor inquired the safe guard on duty. The safe guard told the surveyor TTS Markets didn’t have an office in this building.

The surveyor searched Shinkin Central Bank’s intoduction and then took a photo of the exterior before the end of the inspection.

Conclusion

The visit by the surveyor confirmed that the broker’s real address was not the same with its regulation address. The broker held a retail forex license issued by FSA but its suspicion of being a clone broker couldn’t be ruled out.
