On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Seychelles to visit forex broker NAG MARKETS as planned according to its regulatory address that Office 2, Dekk House, Plaisence, Mahe, Seychelles.

On November 24, 2023, the investigators came to Dekk House, a 4-storey modern commercial building, in Plaisence of Mahe, the largest island of Seychelles for a visit to the brokers office.

After accessing the building for further investigation, the survey personnel didnt spot security guards side. The lobby directory displayed all companies on the 1st and 2nd floor, but there was no any information regarding NAG MARKETS.

And then the team searched the building for office 2, and failed to discover the company name or logo of broker NAG MARKETS.

Through an on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the company doesnt have a physical presence at the place.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Seychelles to visit forex broker NAG MARKETS as scheduled, but didn‘t find the company at its regulatory address. This suggests that the broker doesn’t have a physical business office at the location. Therefore, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following an overall consideration.
